Additionally, processing returns increases operational costs, which could make affordable pricing unsustainable. To help customers make informed purchases, most thrift stores provide detailed descriptions, photos, and size guides before checkout.

REFUNDS POLICY FOR DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

At S. Eros Thrift, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you on time and in excellent condition. However, shipping delays and lost packages can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control. Here’s what you need to know about refunds in these situations:

Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience as shipping carriers may experience unexpected setbacks. If your package has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and possibly offer a compensation.

Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund. Please reach out to us at sainteros.thrift@gmail.com with your order details so we can assist you.

Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it may take 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
